  • Suitable for L 2 Intermediate
  • Build strength and increase mobility, you’ll work your entire body in a fun well paced workout.
  • Be prepared to feel the Burn and sweat!

Not suitable for prenatal.

Cancellation Policy: classes are available to be changed up until 24 hours prior to the beginning of the class via PunchPass. Failure to change your class before this cut-off will result in a forfeited payment. 

Injury Prevention Note: please be in tune with your own body. The Pilates Room aims to be tension and pain free. Muscles working is fine, discomfort and pain is not to be tolerated and must be communicated to your instructor.
