Movement is water for the myafascial system, so lets warm it, stretch it and then load it. This amazing class starts with a dynamic myafascial warm up followed by myafascial stretching and then what fascia loves most- LOAD using the jumpboard.
This powerful combination is best done 2-3 times weekly only , so is an ideal compliment to your other Pilates session or as a counterbalance to high performance sports.
