Let’s Move- An intermediate level class.
Movement is water for the myofascial system, so lets warm it, stretch it and then load it. This amazing class starts with a dynamic myofascial warm up followed by myofascial stretching and then what fascia loves most- LOAD using the reformer and jumpboard. Such a great way to load your bones.
This powerful combination is best done once a week so is an ideal compliment to your other Pilates session or as a counterbalance to high performance sports.
