This  10 week beginner workout series uses studio equipment and the reformer to build strength and balance.
Clients must have done  an initial 1:1 session to join this class If they have a pre existing injury.
If  this is the case please text and lets arrange a 1:1 session prior to ensure this class is suitable for you.
