Sports Conditioning
  • Use the spring resistance of the reformer to increase mobility, build stability and improve your overall movement.
  • Learn how to harness the power of the breath to bring focus and connection
  • Improve the range of motion in your shoulders and hips and develop greater torso rotation.
  • This class is ideal for Golfers, Runners , Cyclists, Mountain Bikers and Tennis players.
  • The Tuesday 7.30 class is suitable for those both new to Pilates and current Pilates Practitioners
Not suitable for prenatal.

Cancellation Policy: classes are available to be changed up until 24 hours prior to the beginning of the class via PunchPass. Failure to change your class before this cut-off will result in a forfeited payment. 

Injury Prevention Note: please be in tune with your own body. The Pilates Room aims to be tension and pain free. Muscles working is fine, discomfort and pain is not to be tolerated and must be communicated to your instructor.
