A mat class designed to help you optimise-
  • pelvic floor function, 
  • breathing 
  • rib mobility/ lung expansion/ribcage mobility
  • abdominal strength
  • adductor magnus’ role in pelvic support, hip stability 
  • gait control
  • glute stability and mobility.

-Do you tend to grip through your butt or hold through your pelvic floor? 

-Do you need to improve your running gait or have issues with imbalances in the lower kinetic chain?

-Have issues with lower back or hip pain?

-Spend too much time sitting at your desk or driving?

Or experience bladder leakage if you sneeze or cough suddenly or bounce on the tramp with the kids or grandkids?

Come and learn how to train your pelvic floor and mobilise support instead of hold tension.



This is a 10 week course starting  in January.
Ideally you will start and week 1 and each week we build on the week before.
We will be learning how to encourage movement not just around the pelvis, but within it.
Supporting both extra- pelvic(hip, spine,ribcage) and intra-pelvic movement (sacrum, pelvic inlet/outlet, pelvic floor) mobility inviting the pelvic floor to respond dynamically.

This dynamic approach trains the Pelvic Floor in co ordination, elasticity, and load transfer- enhancing support, flexibility, elasticity and recoil.

What you will take away

You can then apply these movements and releases and add them to your mobility session prior to the gym or your strength workouts, walk /run or daily life .

Suitable for all ages and stages  from beginner to advanced except for pre natal.
 Post natal clients need to have been cleared to attend by their Pelvic Health Physio.
