‘Rest Forward’ with monthly guided meditation in the studio.
These classes are an invitation to pause and enjoy some intentional restoration each month.
You can expect 20-30 minutes of guided meditation, a reflection or journal prompt, followed by some time to connect with others over light refreshments.
Classes are open and accessible for all, with a focus on presence, relaxation and connection.
Mats and cushions are provided.
Please bring a journal, pen & blanket (along with any additional comfort measures you wish).
Classes run on the second Thursday of each month.
