This  10 week beginner workout series uses studio equipment and the reformer to build strength and balance.
The purpose of a beginner class is to teach the Essential Exercises.
This is the start of your love story with Pilates whether you are an athlete, ballerina or new to a lot of movement.You will learn where to start and finish a movement, where to move from, and what part of your body will need to stabilise you through the movement.
New Clients who have a pre-existing injury are asked to do an initial 1:1 session  before joining this class .
If  this is the case please text and lets arrange a 1:1 session prior to ensure this class will best meet your body’s needs.
