This pass entitles you to a 30 min 1:1 Intro session with a Pilates Instructor.
This may include:
A 30 min Rehab session
A brief introduction to the Biomechanical principles of Stott Pilates
A Postural Assessment and Dynamic Assessment of movement patterns
Session planning- one on one or suitable sessions for you to attend.
Ideal for existing Pilates practitioners new to our studio, Pre natal clients and Post natal clients.
