About Katherine Rogers

Pelvic Health Physiotherapist | Pessary Fitter | Acupuncturist | Functional Strength Trainer | Pilates Instructor

Hi, I’m Kat, a registered physiotherapist with post-graduate training in pelvic health.
I work with people across all stages of life - from young athletes to parents, through to menopause and beyond - helping them manage and overcome pelvic floor concerns. With the right support, most conditions improve, allowing people to return to the activities and lifestyle they value.
My own haerenga/journey with a pelvic floor injury gives me a unique perspective; I know how isolating symptoms can feel, but also how empowering it is to find the right treatment. I continue to compete in Hyrox and mountain biking, showing that these challenges don’t have to hold you back.
Beyond the clinic, I am committed to raising awareness and sharing knowledge. I have spoken at community events, contributed to podcasts, and mentor other physiotherapists in the pelvic health field. I regularly attend mentoring sessions myself, conferences, and research updates. My aim is always to provide evidence-based, compassionate care that restores confidence, function, and quality of life.

A wise soul once told me to leave my patients with a SCAR - let them know they are strong, capable, adaptable and resilient (Credit: Antony Lo).
